I don't know where my tickets are. I'm going with a friend and he didn't tell me exactly where.

This will be my 5th trip. Looking to break my streak, we're 0-4 the games I've been to. Included in that is the 7 interception debacle. Ready to get my first W on the plains...

I'm not sure how many times I've been. I can't recall a 'W' - so I've got that going against me.

Be there to see the eagle land at midfield for pregame. Some people crap on that, but I think it's a pretty damn cool tradition.

I agree.

Oh, man, were you there in 1994? At least you got to see a dominant performance. LSU outgained Auburn in that game 407-165. We had 21 first downs to their 8. You gotta love stats, right?

Don't remember those stats from 94. Wow. All I remember is how loud it was when they got their last pick six. Loudest road stadium I've ever been in. And I've been to all the SEC venues.

Is there a plan to wear purple or gold? I've got both so either one works for me.

If you took a random sampling of five LSU fans at an away game, this is what you'd find:

person1: Gold shirt
person2: purple shirt
person3: white shirt
person4: gray shirt
perso5: pimp outfit

So to answer your question, wear whatever shirt feels lucky to you. Color don't matter.

This is trip number two to Auburn. First one was in2002. It was an 1130 kickoff, it rained and we got our asses kicked. Hopefully, this trip turns out better.

This is my second trip to Auburn. Undefeated there. Going for two in a row, it's a rare occasion to even get 1 much less 2.

It's not as bad as I thought. We are 6-9 on the Plains. We are 4-5 at all neutral sites (all Alabama venues). We dominate the series all-time in Baton Rouge with a 14-5-1 record there. So overall we are 23-19-1, with the three game winning streak having padded that lead nicely.

There's about 25-30 of us coming in from BR and ATL; tailgating in the big field north of the stadium, just across the railroad tracks. Ya'll come. Lots closer than the RV lots to the south of the stadium.

Two years ago, they were letting RVs park in the big lot just .4 mile north of the stadium, straight up N. Donahue, cross the railroad tracks at the intersection of Hwy 14/Loachapoka Rd. It's a lot closer than the RV lots to the south on Donahue, for sure.

It's been called 'Grand Theft Auburn' ever since.
