only lasted 2 weeks of my no beer during Lent run. still maintaining 189.5 though, down from high of 196. been running a lot more lately now that the weather has warmed up .. sure that has helped.

Do you drink as much water on the weekends as you do during the weekdays? I find myself having that problem. Have to remember to drink on Saturday and Sunday .. at work I drink at least a gallon a day.

Nice progress so far.
I know you say you aren't cheating, but do you follow the same food plan on the weekends? Maybe you get a few extra carbs in on Sunday or Saturday?

Holy hell from 215 on Saturday morning to 223 on Monday afternoon.... I know I didn't eat/drinks THAT much

A few things. WHAT you ate is very important. And it's the afternoon. I've put on 5+ lbs in a day before only to lose it by morning

Obviously the bottle of Enjoy By and Mikkeller didn't help, didn't each anything too bad except 2 slices of home made pizza and the shrimp platter from Chimes. Just amazed in 2 days I could add almost 10lbs and only down to 220 today after sitting 215-217 last week

You live and you learn tduecen. Everyday is a trial. You learn how your body works and adjust. The evening weigh in makes a difference too. I weighed around 169-170 yesterday morning when I woke up. Before bed I was 174-175. Now back down to 172 and I'll be back around 170 tomorrow morning.
It's because yesterday was high carb day (which was awesome), but since today is rest day, I'll barely have any. Body will dump water and I'll be good to go.
I started to stop paying attention to weekday weigh ins and focus only on Monday morning weigh ins typically

Yeah I'm usually 2-3 pounds heavier in afternoon, guess just going from 215 to 223 was biggest shock since that's an 8 pound jump along with me sticking to my cardio routine. Since I started this plan, with amount I've been running/focusing on core, the most I've put on after a day of drinking/eating has been 1 or 2 pounds.
