not really low carb, I just eat what they tell me to on nutrisystem and add the stuff in that I'm supposed to with their meals.

so apparently an entire month's worth of weight loss shows up magically in one day. I don't know wtf is going on. Here's hoping that number actually sticks around.

Because it's DELICIOUS!?!?!?!?!

Wings and a half wrap at Rotolo's last night, and FroYo afterwards.

202/194.5/170

Going to try and recover a little of that today.

Bro I've been lifting like 6 days a week the last month or so. I know my scale movement isn't what I want it to be, but I'm making progress. I can see it, and my numbers are getting better.

Wake up, Run. At night, lift with bros. Next day, walk for 45min-1hr when I get up, then lift at night. I alternate running and walking to spare my knees, and I lift at night with friends.

No you don't. It's a waste of money. It just estimates. You could do the same math yourself.
Just use that money to buy some calipers on Amazon and and get an actual reading

I have a pair I got from B&B.com

Yesterday clocked in at 216.9 after going to Chimes for drinks and dinner I'm at 217.8 today.

Ate clean other than the drinks, blackened alligator, and shrimp platter
