First started in Jan of 2012 was at 290 got down to 215 by that June, have just kinda dieted on and off til now

Eh maybe you should (myself as well) as what Dholdi has done is amazing. When he came in this thread he was what 40 pounds more than you and 60-70 more than me and his progress is amazing.
He may be passing me soon and it is kinda a kick in the butt because I've been slacking and keep saying,"I'll get serious again soon." However, I hadn't until this past week, we both cheat 2 or 3 days a week and slack.
Both you and I could use the motivation instead of being stagnant and heading backwards. But that is just my 0.02

I expect that number to be a bit lower tomorrow morning. Didn't eat my carb/protein with lunch yesterday and made up for it by having them at dinner, so I was carrying around a little extra this morning
