Had a few days of drinking and cheating for my birthday last week. My body probably needed. Have barely had a cheat meal since January. Weighed in at 162.5. Had weighed in a hair over 160 a few times but my weight fluctuates a lot. Started a strict keto diet Monday. Feels really weird eating such fatty foods but I'm loving it so far!

I found two of them. Think it is just water weight though. And mine fluctuates alot also so not too worried. Had protein drink, fruit and lettuce wraps yesterday.

Had to eat something for lunch to stop my hand from wandering over to the hot sausage, meatball and hot roast beef poboys. Loaded a plate with chicken caesar.

Have any of you ever weighed less at night than in the morning? I have had that happen several times in the past few weeks and I don't get it.

Summer is near. Winter squirrel is gone.

I'm always up in the afternoon / evening. One guy at the office was almost always down in the afternoon during the office weight loss competition.

I guess it depends on the old waste deposit factory. Without being too indelicate, I guess some people move more product.

I had to go with spring squirrel. I can't find my summer squirrel with the flip flops.

I do not think that is the issue since I am a girl. Must be some kind of water reduction of course.

Chicken Caesar didn't work. Went back and pulled some hot sausage off the bread. Sodium sent me up this morning.
