Same here Hulk. Yesterday was a complete waste. I think I'm doing a cadfast today.
Here's a neat fact, today was the first day I woke up with heartburn since I started losing weight last April.
It's weird that you don't notice it, but when you lose weight a lot of little annoyances start to go away and you can take those for granted.
I know my frequent heartburn went away. Not to mention my snoring was reduced by a large factor. My wife never complains about it anymore. There were other things that were really minor annoyances but they were eliminated.

Contest Starting Weight - 195.8
Day 6 of 90
Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1350
Scale refuses to budge. I've got a bad cold and I am not happy with that scale. In the mood to kick puppy dogs and punch unicorns.

So I really slacked from Thanksgiving to Christmas with all the drinking and eating and haven't posted in probably 60 days.
Today makes exactly one year since I woke hungover as all hell from a miserable LSU loss in the BCS game. I went to a friends house, and while there i stepped on the scale. I was shocked and disgusted at what I saw. 295!!!
I weighed in this morning at 255, about 15 pounds up from my low of the year, in August. I feel 1000% better then I did one year ago. Time to get back on it. Looking to run my first half marathon on February 24th.

Yesterday to me was the last obstacle to overcome as far as the "holidays" are concerned. Pigged out on chimichangas and margaritas that the wife made for the game last night. I haven't felt so nasty from over eating in a long time, but damn those things were good.
Back to logging everything with a scannable label on my fitness pal so I can track those calories properly.

oh boy.. The results of my Monday night BCSNC binger are hitting hard. I'm going in the wrong direction, boys. Looks like I'm going to opt out of the FBD krewe for now and really hammer the diet until I get to 220.

I can't weigh myself everyday because I work for 28 days on a boat but ill do it when I'm home. My heaviest was 330 but I was 300 when I started my diet and I've been doing it since June 2012.

Well I just cut back on how much I ate. I don't drink sodas anymore, I don't really workout but we work hard enough at work. I also started taking oxyelite pro have any of y'all tried it, it works great for me.
