A shot at the wizard?

I don't disagree with any of that. Shame it has gotten to this.

Nahhh
Miles doesnt have it in him to take a shot at anyone......at least on purpose

it’s obvious that Miles won’t be hesitant to go to Jarrett Lee.
Yeah sure...

Give Miles credit. He’s doing his best to make sure he doesn’t lose Jefferson, who undoubtedly has to be pretty fragile right now.
I didn't know that it was the coach's job to just be nice to a player, regardless of performance

Not sure where this is coming from. It's been anything BUT obvious that he will put Lee in.

Shot at the Wizard... NOPE. Shot at the penalties and the dropped passes and missed blocks.

As LSU turns its attention to Tennessee this weekend, coach Les Miles isn’t ready to make a change at quarterback. Jefferson will remain his starter, but it’s obvious that Miles won’t be hesitant to go to Jarrett Lee.
Well there you go...

Why does this man want to blame everyone around Jefferson instead of challenging him to own up to it? Jefferson isn't a baby. Treat the guy like a man. If he is doing it behind closed doors, that is one thing. But this public display of unwavering support of Jefferson is sickening.

Good thing he doesn't play for Spurrier. He would have cut him the first week of practice.....is that possible in college?

which of the past 30 games is he referring to?

Call me old skule, but I think it can make a guy like JJ even *more* fragile if you try to handle him with kid gloves and protect him.
If a coach uses Spurrier's M.O. then the player just knows to expect to get yanked and get some tougher skin. And the player also knows to be ready to go back in at any moment and get his shot at redemption.

(Let me preface my comment by saying that I know JJ's chances of playing in the NFL are slim and none)
I thought the NFL wanted pussies for QBs. Great coaching method. JJ already has a mother.

Yep.
All this shite started after the Tulane game in 2008, when Les Miles and the coaching staff went into "bunker mode" and started acting like scared little pussies.
The offense was perfectly fine before that, and it's been abysmal ever since. Go figure.

For the time being, though, he’s going to continue to ride with Jefferson.
We'll see how bumpy that ride gets.
This is what scares me.
