i'm convinced it's the most underrated and overlooked series ever. i can't think of one episode ive ever not laughed at.
they need to take that gay Tyler Perry shite off TBS and start showing some

My favorite sitcom. Not sure how you think it's overlooked though, it was huge back in it's heyday.
It's kinda like the star wars thread, I mean doesn't everybody like Married With Children?

Al Bundy has gotta be one of the best if not the best dad in television history

According to a documentary on the Fox Tv Channel, Married with children essentially put that channel on the map.

I've seen it on late at night plenty but I don't remember which station. But I definitely agree that this would be a huge improvement over anything by Tyler Perry

Loved this show. Liked it better with Jefferson than with Steve. This was also the NO MA'AM era.

I've got this new job where they are callin me "Seven" as a nickname and they say its from married with children. I used to watch this sho0w a lot as a kid, but i dont remember this character at all. Anyone remember him?

Seven was like a nephew or something that was dropped off on their doorstep. The fans hated the character. One day he went upstairs, and the writers just never wrote about him again. That's how he was written out. He was only around for a part of one season.

Seven was a horrible idea. I think the wriiters were trying to mock different strokes when that red head kid apppeared. Seven Wanker was just bad.
I always looked forward to Fox's Sunday night line up way back then.

Sounds like your coworkers hate you.

If your coworkers ask you to go upstairs by yourself, don't do it!!! Just saying.

What always got me was, they were broke.
Sole earner worked as a shoe salesmen in a suburban Chicago mall, yet they had two cars (one being a 5.0 convertible,,maybe a rental??) an nice two story house with a bank manager as a neighbor (meaning not the 'hood) and a stay at home wife.
Seems like they lived pretty good, except that the only food they ever had was Bon Bons.

There was the episode where Bud stopped being "grand master B", and in that episode he was told Grandmaster B was a dream, then he asked about seven and was told he was a dream too...

This show was way ahead of it's time and I've been watching it for as long as I can remember.
This is a common trend among all sitcoms. The characters' lifestyles are always far above their pay scale.

The only car they had was a broken down old Dodge.
