He is out living a good and successful life, which is more than some of the internet tards can say.
His real job is hosting a call in sports talk show on WWL, which is one of the largest radio stations in the south. Also does Saints pre-game/post game stuff.
He is no Buddy Songy or Richard Condon, but he does ok for himself.

Having briefly met Hebert, I feel confident in saying he truly does not give a rat's arse about your opinion. He does drink and act a fool, but he loves it. And so do most of the fans. What does that tell you?
