Their FB page said some NOLA area stores received shipments today. Anyone found it yet?

Good to know. I've been asking the bartenders at the Bulldog in BR about it the past few weeks and they weren't sure when they would be getting it. Just moved back to Nola yesterday so I'm going to get my hands on some tomorrow.

Very glad I was poking around Tiger Droppings tonight. I haven't heard of the new brew until now, but I will definitely be going out and getting some asap! Great idea from Abita, hope it raises some substantial $$$

Last weekend I asked a guy in the liquor department at Calandro's on Seigen when they expected to get some SOS in and he said early August.

Alright, so what do you guys think? I think it is ok. Not among my favorite Abita productions, but I will buy many more bottles for the charity aspect.

Why the frick is it so readily available in Baton Rouge but I can't find it anywhere in Slidell, which is only 20 minutes from the Abita Brewery? 
Every place I've called tells me their deliveries don't come till Friday...
