I usually just say

Jason David to me was a genuinely good guy, he started at corner on a SB winning team, he gave 100%. It was the front offices fault for getting a guy whose skill set did not match the team.
Fred Thomas was a good guy, he was even a good player at one time, he just got old and they couldn't get anyone better in there
Bockwoldt? I had no prob with him. he was just a 7th Rd pick. That he could play at all was okay. Haslett loved him. Had him still playing for him on the UFL Tuskers last year
There's some I hated but I don't fault them. I fault the organization for misjudging on a Cie Grant or Josh Bullocks. They picked guys higher than what consensus rating was. Since Payton's arrival I'd put Usama Young in that category too. He was no 2nd Rd rated pick so you can't harp on him too bad if he ends up cut this year.

Who was that found drunk out in front of a Winn Dixie a few years ago? Jimmy Verdon?
How about Russell Erxleben? Should he make the list? Team is stupid to take him in the 1st Rd but he had a journeyman punting career. But he did do a few years in a federal pen.

Fred Thomas still is a good guy. hes in charge of training the rookies in how to act and handle themselves. hes the guy they go to if they need some help.

Russell F*ckin Erxleben(sp).........Wasn't that him that couldn't get a punt off out the end zone (blocked for a TD)...I can't remember (I know it was snapped high but Jesus Christ, avoid the guy in the other color jersey!!!), all the pre-Breez bullshite runs together.
