Biggest "bonehead" play you've ever seen?

I think mine has to be Xavier Carter kneeling on the 1 yard line against UGA in 2004.
Or maybe the LSU spike at Ole Miss this past year.

Adrian McPherson lining up under the right guard.

Leon Lett field goal play.

Not really a single play, but a series of bonehead shots on the 18th holf of the Open Championship. All he had to do was double bogey

DeSean Jackson's PLAYS (including the AA Bowl in San Antonio) take the cake. Who the frick does a cartwheel into the end zone but leaves the ball sitting at the one?
Also, Jim Marshall picking up a fumble, running the wrong way into the wrong end zone, and throwing the ball into the stands. He thinks he has a td until Tarkenton tells him otherwise on the sideline.
Leon Lett getting stripped at the 1 by Don Beebe in the Super Bowl. And fwiw, Leon Lett's screwup against the Dolphins on Thanksgiving as all of his teammates are waving ppl away from the ball.
Garo Yepremien's screwup in the Super Bowl was funny...
Jose Canseco taking a ball off his dome and into the seats.
etc...

At the very least, neither guy cost their team the game.

LSU/ol piss last year...broke my heart.

Jim Marshall runs away with this competition. The wrong direction, unfortunately.
Leon Lett's field goal debacle is worse IMO than the fumble because it cost the team the game and it's just something everyone knows not to do.

Yeah, I have a hard time calling Lett or Marshall or even DeShawn Jackson's plays boneheaded.
OK, Lett's Thanksgiving play was boneheaded, but not the SB play which was more an example of Beebe's hustle.
Webber is clearly the most boneheaded because you know how many times out you have at a given time, and you know that a time out should get you a technical. Then he traveled.
Lett's Thanksgiving play was boneheaded because Lett should have known the rules governing a blocked FG.

There are so many. I guess I should have made the OP say "bonehead plays that make you say WTF was he thinking."
With that being said I'm gonna add Milton Bradley and Larry Walker tossing the ball in the stands with less than 2 outs and runners on base.

And Marshall shouldn't have known the rules governing which direction to run if he recovered a fumble?

Someone remind me of a play invilving Baylor that cost them the game in 98 or something. May have been a coaching blunder ala Miles against Ole Miss.
I found it. 1999 clock mgt blunder against UNLV. Kneel and game over. Dude fumbles and unlv returns for td to win.
