I liked Restoration Ale and Purple Haze. The rest weren't really worth a second try.

+1 That one slipped my mind. Definitely their best.

For their regular beers I like the andygator. Amber is my standard around the house.

The tap houses rotate a select choice every two months or so and these are always outstanding. These would be my favorite. I remember a chocolate stout once and another pretty hoppy beer than slmost made you think it was not Abita. This is where they give the brew master the ok to play around.

Abita Amber is my go to beer but when Strawberry comes out I horde it like those crazies on A&E

To me this is like picking your favorite child. I like them all with the exception of the Abey and Satsuma.

I love all of their seasonals, if I had to rank them,
Bock, Christmas, Wheat, Red, Fall Fest, Strawberry, Pecan.

For the regulars:
Turbodog, IPA, Restoration, Golden, Amber, Haze

Agreed. I'm upset I didn't get to try the satsuma.

To me Abita Amber, more than any other beer, tastes better out the tap than in a bottle. It's like an entirely different brew.

Most people, including myself, didn't like it. It had almost no citrus flavor and was more like a wit style of beer. It was nothing like the strawberry.

I agree with this. Andygator is the only Abita beer I keep in my rotation.
