Your move NFL...

I would urge you to drop this obnoxious and legally unsustainable position and instead agree that "Who Dat" is in the public domain, giving no one exclusive trademark rights.

That's awesome. It's ridiculous that the NFL thinks they own a chant that fans started.

This letter will also serve as formal legal notice that I am having t-shirts printed that say "WHO DAT say we can't print Who Dat!" for widespread sale in commerce. Please either drop your present ridiculous position or sue me.

I have gained some new respect for David Vitter, he is putting his neck on the line for "the little guy".
Damn, he'll have this liberals vote....maybe.

Good stuff. Even it was just a political move.

As much as I was against the NFL getting involved with the Who Dat, they did more for the town than people are remembering right now. They need to sit down with The Who Dat and talk it over.

Im afraid if it wasnt for the NFL's involvement, the Who Dat would be spoken in Spanish in San Antonio while Benson was cha-chinging. Recognize Who is the true villian and benefactor in this situation. Its a diffficultly ambivalent situation in more than one direction.
