I've been donating to DD's site for years and have been trading e-mail with Don for over a decade. He's a really good guy and well understands that what he puts on his site is read by almost all hardcore LSU fans worldwide. He tries to keep to keep it positive so we don't all go into a funk, but I can tell you that he is no happier with the coaching staff than most people here are. He sees all the same glaring deficiencies that we see. He just doesn't want to say anything on his site that will hurt LSU in any way. If that means sugar coating things, or biting his tongue, then that's what he does.
There are quite a few people here (myself included) who might consider if what we are doing is helping or hurting.

Which of you idiots cursed out Dandy Don. Why would you do that I didn't agree with him about the article on which He said we have nothing to worry about but I read his site everyday and enjoy it.

Anyone with a cane has a chance to whip your arse!! Sorry for the Cajun thing, should have explained diffrntly, but the point is he is LSU inside and out. No not because he is Cajun though, because men like him grew up and earned what they got and served our country if called upon and are not to be taken lightly in any way, especially because of their age.

What if someone served their country, is less than half Don's age and has a good 40-50 lbs on Don?

nah we had an IRL encounter. He skipped me in the beer line at the Bayou Bash. I punched him in the stomach and he got all pissed. He yelled "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?" a bunch

His offensive scheme has not been successfully altered to compensate for the lack of experience a the QB position. Likewise, adjustments to compensate for a light, inexperienced OL have not worked (IF they have been made at all).
His one position responsibility is QB. Play at that position has declined since he arrived.

It is sad that hate can be directed to someone who does nothing to deserve it. He provides a wonderful free service for the LSU fan and takes care of his wife. I hope I can be as good when I reach his age.

Too many Tiger fans have become radicals and have ZERO class. He is nice old man who does a good job who has an opinion. WTF is wrong with people who can't tolerate anybody, on any subject who disagrees with them?
