Level 68 and I don't plan to Prestige when I hit 70

Yea, I don't know if I'll prestige when I hit 70 this week. I'll be lost without my ACR 
Today I was 2:1 KD almost all day and went 41/3 and just missed a nuke by 2 kills. I don't see that happening ever again if I prestige and have to suck again.

That is funny to me. So the game is not fun unless you are gaining levels ? You play to gain EXP, not because you enjoy the actual gameplay ?

I'm around 64 right now.
I'm thinking I will probably prestige when it comes time, but I'm really just getting bored with the game at this point. I dunno if I'll make it to the first prestige.

No I get bored with it if I play to just kill people. Leveling up is something for me to do

It'll probably take me until March to even get to lvl70, so I don't know if I'll prestige either.
I can see people that get bored once they get to 70, though. Just another thing to unlock, kinda like the silly gamer points they have sometimes.

I agree. Half the fun of this game for me is tweaking my weapons and perks to level up as fast as I can. Having a goal to strive for is what makes RPGs so popular so I don't know why anyone would be surprised that there is the same effect with this game.

You level a lot faster with the extra challenges when prestiging. That being said, if I ever get back to lvl 70 again I wont be prestiging a 2nd time.

I'm at 70 right now. I might prestige because I can't decide what gun to use in my last custom class. I keep switching between the FAMAS and teh AUG HBAR. I want both, damnit. I need the extra slot.

Everybody should prestige at least once, IMO.
It unlocks special prestige only challenges (2 things for each gun [total kills and headshots] plus a new a new category of prestige challenges), and a new custom weapon slot.
