I posted this question a while back, but am curious to see if your opinions have changed. And yes, I'm poor as shite and would prefer not to pay face right now if they will be given away there.

Honestly, if not for taking my family I would probably give mine to friends or family or heavily discout to someon poor

You will get them for free or very close to free. My uncle (purdue alum) and I went in '04 without tickets and picked up a pair in the lower bowl about an hour before the game for $20.

you should be able to get them for under 50 easily. hell, i have multiple friends trying to sell them. i just gave my extra student ticket to a friend for free.

don't buy online for more than $50. there will be plenty for that price or less at the stadium on gameday.

Rohhan2Reed - if you are poor as shite, better steal a 9mm and stick up a couple of CircleK's, coz Orlando ain't cheap anytime of the year. Hope you have luck finding your tics.

I don't know about "free" but I bet you can get them next to nothing.

I think that anyone who pays face value will be sorry they did when they hear what people want for them outside the gates.

I definitely agree that free is better than $50, lol.
But unless i'm missing something, if you're able to pay for airfare/gas, a hotel room, food, beer(which i'm sure will be a lot lol), I would think you can handle an extra $50 for the ticket.

Nah I was just exaggerating. Basically I wanted people's opinions on whether it was worth it to just get them at the stadium rather than buy them beforehand.

How are you"poor as shite" but able to make it to the venue to begin with?

What is the count on LSU ticket sales now. Was 14.500 and climbing. With this economy, that is pretty strong support.

I picked up 5 for $100 last time LSU was there, pretty good seats too.

Can I ride and sleep in someones trunk so I can go?

Where I was tailgating, there were plenty. Someone gave us his tickets because he couldn't sell them.
