Kinda what I am thinking too. If the OC was on the way out, seems it would be done so a new OC would be on board when filling empty position spots.

Agreed. I think Frank is definetly on this staff no matter what. We needed a recruiter that could come in and make an immediate impact. I think he's probably been recruiting guys in similar circles as Porter/McCarthy and it make sense to get a strong LA recruiter now.
