this may be germans but wtf! when the announcer made the comment about all the tiger fans leaving and showed the stands i was in shock. there are way too many people who go to the game to tailgate and leave at half no matter what. just think about all the recruits watching saying wtf also.

Me because that was my last game with student tickets so I want your season tickets next year if you aren't going to stay the entire game

It is embarrasing to be called out by the announcers on ESPN. I dont understand why people would leave in the 3rd quarter with the game close. It makes no sense to me.

I was there. I stayed the whole time. I got a text saying espn was calling us out. I honestly think that a majority were warming up in the tunnels because the sidelines at that point looked empty but by the end were somewhat filled up again. Im sure some people left but some were just warming up.

You poor idiots with nothing else to bitch about need to get a life. These people leaving probably give millions of dollars between them.I say you should get a fricking job making big scratch to buy your tix ,get adopted by silver spoon,or just stand outside the fence and dream,in silence.

those people that left early are pathetic excuses for season ticket holders

Lots of empty seats around me... got cold when the warm bodies left... Most frequent excuse for leaving: "I'm not sticking around for this. Les will screw this up."

LSU is now a social event instead of a football game. When ticket prices and TAF contributions are what they are, the fans that used to pack this place and stay until the last second are no longer able to go on a consistent basis. Especially for big/SEC games. Also has to do with technology and people being able to watch/rewatch (DVR) games.
I agree it's pathetic. I never leave. And I'm not sure when ESPN called people out, but I can see some people thinking the game was in hand in the 3rd quarter.

you can credit TAF for alot of this shite. There are yuppies in the stands now that don't even know our players names while the Joe fan is watching at home, at a tailgate spot or walkons. You didn't have that back in the 80's.
