Who want's the LSU job?

Think about it... Who really would want to come here and coach this team? If they fire Miles.
What about the OC job if it came open?
Plus the 2011 year none of these kids in Louisiana (High School) are going to want to be at LSU if Miles is still here.
This could turn out to be like years past where the great La. talent is going out of state.

Great 1st post. I'm guessing that you're a false Tiger fan or a wolf dressed in sheeps clothing.

MIles could lose these last 2 games and still wont be fired. However next year the seat will be very hot, and in IMO Les will have to win the SEC West to save his job. He will have alot of returning talent to work with.

you are stupid if you think good coaches are scared of expectations. any good coach would want this job. It pays 2nd to none, you are in one of the most talented states and next to another huge state full of talent so recruiting is easy.

This.
And your question about who would want the OC job is even dumber after the shite that our offense has resembled this year. It's not like we would be firing Crowton without justification.

Anyone who is interested in winning a National Championship and earning upwards of $4M doing so. I imagine the list would be quite long.
Now, step away from the keyboard. Next time, think before you post.

Compare it to Mainieri taking over the LSU baseball job, he wasn't afraid of high expectations, how is that panning out?

1) LSU had been down for a few years...little bit different situation..I mean LSU baseball had gotten really rough
2) Don't forget 90% of the board wanted Mainieri fired half way through last season..."He just isn't cut out for LSU!!"

Your imagination and reality is 2 diffrent things...The list will not be long..LSU will not get a coach such as...Brian Kelly or Gary Patterson away from their schools...
Unless of your thinking more like...Weis, or coaches like him...

What an ignorant first post.
With the talent base in La. and an established program and about 4 million other reasons $$$ MANY coaches would jump at the chance to be head coach for LSU.
Please don't post again.

I guess no one would want to go to ND, OK, GA, FSU, MI and other schools because they had fricked up years.

Few are expecting Miles to be fired, even if we lose the R-Kansas Pro-Combat Costume Ball and the Bowl game. We should expect and demand multiple changes on the offensive staff though. (OC,OL,WR)
Personally, I'd like to see the dedicated TE coach position eliminated. (Let Yanowsky concentrate on being the Recruiting Coordinator) Whomever the new WR coach is should be responsible for both receivers AND tight ends since both positions catch passes, run routes and block. Why can't one coach teach both. Then, Miles should do what is really needed and hire a DEDICATED QB COACH.
BTW, my first interviews would be Holgorsen for OC and Levine (WR-TE) from the Houston staff. Let the new OC pick the QB coach. LSU should be able to significantly increase their present salaries. Both would be a definite upgrade over what we have now and are already familiar with the area that LSU recruits.........
