If LSU wins the next two games he will have developed them enough to lead LSU to a 10-2 season. Again.

He will also have seen:

- 2 young QB's regress (1 of them becoming completely non-serviceable and a transfer candidate)
- offensive production drop in yardage and points scored for a 3rd consecutive season
- a discombobulated, hybrid, malfunctioning, dysfunctional offensive performance with a bunch of 4 and 5 star recruits
- a complete lack of ability to create a successful gameplan, make changes on the fly, and tweak your scheme to reflect the talents of your players

at the very least a qb coach needs to be brought in to clean these up the mechanics of our qbs because they're subpar at best

i have been saying this for 2 years now. I think this would solve many of our problems on offense and help develop jefferson into a premiere qb

In what way has Jordan Jefferson regressed?
And in what way is it provable in one game that Jarrett Lee regressed.

His lack of QB developing ability is a huge reason for that. How can you seriously argue the play calling has been good this year?

His offenses have declined almost everywhere he's been, why not?

Big if, and LSU's winning inspite of a putrid offense, dont kid yourself. Spin anyway you want, there's no excuse for having an offense dead last in the SEC.

This is the thing...will it be fixed next year? and if not then talent will have been wasted and JJ will be a senior with a new oc. Maybe we just need new position coaches, especially at qb. I know crowton is the qb coach, but what if we brought someone in to do this instead.

I have also been thinking... what if we had offensive production that we had last yr? You think we would be undefeated? We prob would have at least scored once against uf.

Crowton has to go at the end of this year.

He's been in a nosedive for years now, just like he was at other schools. Don't know what the problem is with him, but the problem IS him.

The play calling sucks. The Offense is pathetic and getting worse every year.

Bring on the next guy.

you do when you have a head coach that won't let him run the offense. les is getting ready for garret he is a pocket passer and he don't want to let crowton get everything going spread .

It is HIS job to deliver yards and points, and develop QB's. He is not doing either well.

ZOMG LES !!@!@

do you really believe Les is scaling back crowtons offense? because this is the same crap he ran at BYU... and why would a head coach scale back an offense for a player thatll be ready to play in 2 years? Thats just ignorant..

This reminds me of when everyone wanted to fire Bo Pelini in 2005.

There are many other OCs in the country who have shittier QBs and shittier overall personnel that are able to get their offense to gel, at least enough to be in the double digits in overall rankings. 100+ is absolutely inexcusable, particularly when there are no signs that improvement has even been made within the span of this year. The Auburn game as of now is an outlier.
