and MF played great in the SECCG. prior to the NC game, MF was 17td/11int for the season....

the highest offensive output for LSU ever? maybe RP had something to do with it(8td passes, 2 more rushing)

Those who think Flynn is better than Russell also think that Hester is better than any black RB we have. Despite the fact that Russell is superior in every statistical category relevant to a QB, they still think Flynn was better. Why you ask?

Because he lost the same amount of games, threw more picks, less TDs, less yards, and completed fewer passes. Oh, and because he was behind JR on the depth chart the year before.

Makes perfect sense.

Didn't we just go through all this 2 days ago?

Why re-visit this empty-calorie thread so soon when we can start a new (and more meaningful) one?

Thanks.

Both were good..Russell was just a freakish arm that is one of a kind. Was able to stretch the field Like Rohan..Flynn, total System quarterback that was able to make the right throw when he needed to..Both were good and represented LSU very well

You don't know what you are talking about.Iknow many of the players that played with Russell and more than one told me that Russell was lost half the time.Still looks lost in the PROS.

Damn, was almost out the door before I saw this...

Flynn didn't play in the SEC Championship game 'cos he got hurt in the 3-OT loss toArkansas!
Ryan Perrilloux did, earning MVP of the game (LSU over Tenn., 21-14). He was 20-30, 243 yds., 1 TD, 1 Int.

Please retire this thread.

by what measure? National Championships? SEC Championships? Yards per pass? QB rating? Total yards? Pass completion percentage? How much he looked like Matt Damon?

Guys, get a clue. You need to have a standard against which to measure the players. For all we know, you measure the guy by this hair gel.
