who don't know crap about leadership, developing a team over the course of a season, and the recipe for winning in sports or business. We are in the Top 10, respected around the country, will beat Auburn and Tulane and go into T-Town 7-1 with a chance to win and porably the 7 PM featured game of the week on ABC or CBS. These are good times and the comments on this board make it appear that our program and season is in the condition of FSU, MI, GA, TN, OK, UCLA, WV.... all teams with multiple losses. We have work to do on offense, no doubt, and I have concerns about Crowton -- not Miles, not Chavis. For God sakes, enjoy this season -- it has the potential to be a great one, and most all of our teams over the last 50 years were not as good as this won. Man up and get behind the team instead of trying to tear it down. How do you feel when your boss and/or customers do nothing but tear you down personally. Makes you feel good and improves your work? I don't think so.

Your kind isn't welcome around here. Here, we're all doom and gloom and we want everyone fired from the top all the way to the lady answering phones in the operations center. Now GTFO!!

Seriously, I agree 100%. The fricking nancies around here the last week or so have been mind boggling.

Good post. There are so many fans out there that expect this team to go 12-0 every damn season. It's not going to happen. We play in the SEC...strongest conference there is. There will be teams that will be us. Miles and crew have done a good job and will continue to do a good job. How many of you can say that you played football at 19 yrs old and NEVER made one single mistake?

Beware...here come the "smart" guys to tell you to get your head out of the sand. "We are one season away from being 7-5."

ABC doesnt cover the SEC, and CBS has ONE primetime game each season

what have you been watching and listening to?

I have no problem with the players, its the coaching staff I have serious concerns with, the offense is horrendous obviously but if you think there are no problems with this defense you need to wake up. Im so sick of hearing "We held Florida to 13 points!!! blah blah blah...Florida held Florida to 13 points, they did as much as they needed to do to win and nothing more. Part of the reason the offense doesnt have many plays in a game is because the defense cant get off the field, we rarely hold teams to 3 and out, they consistely put together drives and we eventually stop them, gotta love bend but dont break defense

i prefer to think of it as not having my head in the sand....i pull hard for them every week, just because i dont have rainbows flying out of my arse that doesnt make me a bad fan, im not going to pretend everything is great when it obviously isnt. Is there anything in my previous post that doesnt have some validity to it? other that my smartass comment to start

What about the Godfather's post was "Throw in the towel"?

It was well put, didn't bash the players, and put some questions on our HIGHLY paid coaching staff that is not getting the most out of our teams talent. Sheesh.
