Man, this dude is the Nostradamus of college football. He nailed it, especially the part about Urban Myer figuring Crowton out given a year to study him. Then, he points to the fact that Crowton is incapable of making any adjustments to his predictable crap schemes. Somebody needs to email this to Les and the Board of Trustees.

I understand this is Les Miles' team. But Skip Bertman is not a fool. I can't imagine this nonsense continuing for much longer. LSU DOES control their destiny! Why waste it on Crowton's feelings? GET RID OF HIM NOW!

Skip kinda isn't the AD anymore

This is correct.

Our QBs after Flynn haven't developed. They are regressing due to a lack of coaching. The problem is Crowton won't change his offense to tailor to their learning curve. Instead, we attempt to run the same offense without ever teaching our QBs how to correctly run it.

He has only had 13-14 months to work with Jefferson. While I am not a Crowton fan, you have to be sorta fair.

Jarret Lee regressed over the course of last year

Jordan Jefferson is regressing right now.

Every stop Crowton has made has this trend. It isn't just at LSU. Crowton spends the vast majority of his time creating a game plan. He doesn't spend nearly enough time teaching the QBs proper technique and giving them individual attention.

This is easily fixed by simply hiring a QB coach to work the QBs while Crowton remains OC.

Hiring a QB coach only solves one problem, it doesnt solve the other 1000000 problems Crowton always has wherever hes at.

Wow! Scary how accurate he has been. I feel like I read one of Nostradamus's quatrains. Thanks for the link.

I remember reading this back when we hired Crowton. I thought that the guy was full of it and just had sour grapes. It seems like he was absolutely right. I've thought about what he said this season.

I posted something similar to this including stats prior to last year. It's been termed the "Crowton effect". Starts out strong and progressively gets worse.

Fans are short-sighted though and the offense he brought in 2007 doesn't let them see the trend during his entire career.
