College vs Pro Football Rules, what would YOU change?

Ive always felt like some rules in college need to be applied to the pros and vice versa to make the best game in the world even better. Here are the changes I would make. Feel free to add your changes or ideas.
Pro Football Likes
-two feet in bounds equals reception
-down by contact, not down automatically when knee touches ground
College Football Likes
-maximum of 15 yards for pass interference penalty, not at spot of foul (ridiculous NFL rule)
-no "coachs challenge", done by booth upstairs at all times during game
If it were me, I would change all of those things. Both leagues would have down by contact, two feet equals reception, automatic challenges, and college pass interference rules.
What say you?
EDIT: also would change "illegal contact" penalty to not include the insane automatic first down on a 5 yard penalty. And finally, no "blow to the head" personal fould when the defensive player taps the helmet of the qb (ie hargrove in saints game vs bills)

college: less strict celebration rules
NFL: clock stops for first down inside last 5 minues of each half; no 2-minute warning
ETA: yeah I agree with yours

Pro hash marks - eliminate ranters questioning "why the coach runs the toss sweep to the short side of the field?"

More strict taunting rules - No first down signals by players or dancing after sacks
Mandatory running kickoffs out of the end zone No downing of the ball

I agree with the OP's suggestions.
I'd also like to see sacks not counted as rushing yards in the college game.
This is obviously distorting the numbers of LSU's powerful rushing attack.

I would add that the hash marks be made uniform, and that all other rules are uniform, including game clock, overtime, etc.
For OT, I would only have it in playoff games. If you are tied at regulation, deal with it. You tied. In playoff games (not bowls, just playoff games), play an extra period. If it's still tied after that, play another extra period. After that, go to sudden death.

i know, but they dont have to call a coaches challenge to elicit a review by the upstairs guys
very few instances i can think of where a coaches challenge had to be used on a play that was overturned. most of the time, the guys on the field take a look at all the right plays

yes, very good suggestion, i hadnt thought about that
change hashmarks for sure. also, like another guy mentioned, i like the idea of clock stopping for a first down

I think that it is bullshite that in the NFL the defense cant score on the 2pt conversion. Their is no other play in the game that a team can't score.

I like the 1 foot in bounds in college and 2 feet in the pros, seperates the 2.
I would allow the defense to return a missed PAT for 2 in the NFL.
I would get rid of the retard college OT and go to sudden death or an extra quater.
I agree about the spot foul PI, that is stupid.
I would also do away with the more subjective penalties, like celebrations. Don't want someone celebrating after a TD? Don't let him score.

How about acting like you've made a first down or scored before? Why do guys need to dance after a sack or for that matter, after every foul shot, do they need to pat each other on the back.
Do your job, do it well and don't dance like fool.

I like some of the suggestions on here.
However between the 2 current formats, I actually prefer the college OT to the pro. I hate sudden death OT with a passion.

CFB should adapt this. i dont understand why a guy is down when no one has touched him. ive always hated that rule.
obviously the new nfl rule that DB's cant hit an unsuspecting receiver going for the ball is complete nonsense.

in college I do not think the player should be ruled down if he did not go down by contact, how frustrating is it to watch the D of your team jump on a fumbled ball and not be able to stand up and take it to the house?

I don't disagree with you that its often lame, but it has no bearing on the game and is entirely subjective. Taking a TD away because some does a TD dance is retarded. But come on, these are kids, so they show a little emotion. Big deal, sorry if it offends you so much, don't be a pussy, it doesn't affect the game or you.
Remember an old Jets DE Mark Gastineau? He used to do some lame dance everytime he got a sack. They asked some OLman that gave up a sack to Gastineau what he thought. Dude said if I danced liked that everytime I knocked him on his arse, I'd be too tired to block.

Gastineau was the original jerk with the SSack Exchnage. I'm just Old School. it certainly is not a raial thing as I heard here before.
Butkus, Singletary and Jim Brown would do the job without the dance.

College OT bastardizes the game completely, its takes out an important part of the game special teams and eliminates the impact of defense. Might as well just hve them settle it with a skills competetion.
Pro OT is vastly superior. Sorry if some team you root for sucks too bad on D it can't stop one drive after a kick off.

Just play a full period.
And I would only have overtime in playoff games. If a game ends in a tie, you deal with it.
