LEGENDS IN NYC just was covered on Gameday.....they said the LSU fans made it the loudest bar of all the teams they visited.
I was there and made TV!
If you are ever in NYC, definitely stop by. Great place.

It was when they filmed from the balcony...I may have been gone by then.
Here is the link if anyone cares to watch.
Hat tip to Stout who posted link in the other thread on the SEC Rant.

The Raleigh,NC alumni assoication will be @ Carolina Ale House in Brier Creek. We are on the back patio and ask for Paul, he's the president. I'm the secretary but I'll be in Aruba that weekend, trying to find somewhere to watch there! Hope you can come join us.

Bourbon Street Restaurant & Oyster Bar.
I am friends with Doug who is the owner. When I am there I either stay at his place as there are apartments over the restaurant (My second home). I can watch it on his cable or on my computer and Slingbox. I bring it everywhere.
I checked out Bourbon Street on my last trip to BKK. Doug Harrison is not from Louisiana as evidenced by the fact that he can't pronounce New Orleans properly and calls pecan pie "PEE CAN pie". He is a nice guy (I'm guessing from Georgia) but the game is never on his cable as you say unless by some fluke chance ESPN Asia is carrying it which is very rare. Just admit that you stream the game over the internet and prefer his rooms because of proximity the red light district.
Your best bet for watching Saints or LSU games is finding a reputable hotel with good broadband(preferably LAN connection).

Abbey Theatre Irish Pub
Abbey Theatre
This place was recommended to me when I was in Rome trying to find a saints game. Bring a laptop with you in case they don't have the game. They have free Wifi. I'm not sure of the rules for posting links to streaming sites so I will refrain from posting it.

i watched all the lsu/saints/cowboys games at scholars when i was in rome. they must have a slingbox or something because theyll put on any game you ask. They do close at 3:30am though so you may miss some of the game cause of the time.

My daughter goes to UT in Austin and I was there two weeks ago to visit. Went to Shoal Creek Saloon on Lamar. GM is from Louisiana, has a large Saints helmet on the front. Texas and Okla St were playing the same day and I promise that 80% of people in there were wearing purple and gold! Lots of La folks and LSU alumni in the area. Austin is a great town and Shoal Creek is a great place to watch LSU football. Food ain't bad neither!! I highly recommend the place...

Where to watch in Cancun? Staying at the Gran Melia Cancun, so something close would be preferrable.
Also, where to watch in Maui? Thanks in advance for any help.
