Biggest Bust of the Past 4 Years

Who are the biggest 5-star busts coming in from high school football over the past four years? I know Fred Rouse was a popular pick in the past, but he is now 5 years removed.
After looking at the CSU-CU boxscore and watching some of their games last year, I am ready to call Darrell Scott one of the biggest 5-star busts of the past 4 years, but I am probably missing a couple of guys.

Well you have the guys that will never see the field at USC.

I know there was a guy in Reggie Bush's year called Whitney Lewis or something like that who never saw the field, but who else would fit that description, especially in the past 4 years?

And he is now the third or fourth string tailback on a bad team, after being a top 5 national recruit.

Marc Tyler, but he'll get his chance. I can't think of any who will definitely never see the field.

RP is from 2005 so he won't count, but at least he saw the field on a decent team in 2007. Then he had a pretty solid season with Jacksonville State last year. I wanted to exclude '05 because Rouse would have been the overwhelming choice.
Scott is on a team that will lose 7 or 8 games and can't contribute in any way except retuning kicks, while playing one of the easiest positions to adjust to at the next level.

Ryan Perriloux no question. I think he was a 2005 recruit, so I'm close enough.

There have been four classes since Perriloux came on campus. Here are the classes, with the top ranked players in each class.
2005-Derrick Williams (RP was a part of this one).
2006-Percy Harvin
2007-Jimmy Clausen
2008-Terrelle Pryor
2009-Bryce Brown
RP is clearly not the worst player from '05 though since it contained possibly the biggest flop in the history of recruiting rankings.

Cameron Newton
Most ridiculous 5-star rating in a while. Newton absolutely loved Auburn, camped about 3-4 times and couldn't earn an offer. He was huge and athletic but he couldn't hit the side of a barn. A QB who is that raw should never be a 5-star. We ended up choosing Kodi Burns over Newton, and think how ridiculous that is considering that Burns is now a WR/gadget QB.

Ratphuc Hobley.

Willie Williams misses it by what a year?

That was another guy I wanted to avoid
He was in 2004, the year before Rouse and Perriloux (but I don't think it's fair to put RP in the same category as those two, as he actually had an impact on an important game).
