I know everyone supports their team. But do the Washington fans really think they have a chance against LSU. Are we going to take this game too lightly. Will we come out and play hard and put the game out of reach early.

No, they are fanatical.(read fans) From all indications, a classy, proud program. What kind of fans would they be if they decided now their team had zero chance?

Did anyone watch the LSU game last night on TV. Anything can happen. We were dominated for 2.5 quarters to a team we were suppose to dominate. This years Washington team is not going to be as bad as last years. And LSU still has a number of unknowns.

Not predicting we lose but for the underdog there is always hope.

It was too painful to watch. I don't care if it was the greatest comeback of all time, we should not have had to come back at all. When I saw it on I flipped the channel to True Blood.

Best time of year....beginning of the season!!! Every fan has dreams of their team's rise to the top.

I think LSU wins, but it will be closer than most think, and we don't pull away until the 2nd half.

Chose not to watch last night's game, but tonight I am going to watch the Sugar Bowl game from 2004 and watch to see just how much we enjoyed that night in the Super Dome. It was something because that night was the beginning of the resurection of a great program. After 55 years of disapointments and and a lot of coaches that gave a promise after promise only to not succeede, we finally broke through and we all know what has happened since then. This year this is what I am looking forward to this is my motto and I am hoping that it is yours also

"HOPING TO KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE '09

This should be all of our motto because this is what it is all about!

Did ULM have a chance against Bama?
Did UAB have a chance against LSU?
Did Appalachian have a chance against Michigan?
Did Stanford have a chance against USC?
Do you really have to ask this question?

Hmmmmm....I wonder if GA Tech fans thought LSU fans were delusional going into our bowl game at the end of last season? Funny thing is, I see some of the same type of boastful comments ("wish we had a better opponent," etc.) that the GA Tech fans/players/coaches were throwing out that helped motivate the Tigers going into the bowl game. Fortunately, it only seems to be the Tiger fans that think UW has no chance and I do think the Tigers will come out ready to play and will get the win.

hell no we arent delusional. We just know we have been in the shitter the past few years. The UW is not a school that will just fall back silently and become a shitty program for all eternity. Its in Seattle, its one of the top schools in the nation, and it has tradition. Huskies will climb their way back sooner or later and the pac-10 will fall back into natural order.

If we were in their shoes, wouldn't you be hoping for David to slay Goliath?

We'll see this team's talent and character early. On paper we should blow the doors of U-Dub, but you never know.

Do you think App St. could beat U-Dub?
