ESPN America - American for Sports
There's really no guarantee with regard to who is showing what sporting event or that the showing might be subject to change without any way of knowing for certain this far in advance (and this far away geographically). Your priority will be to first find a sports bar in Paris that is even showing American sports. What's actually played in the bar that day depends on what the locals like (or maybe on who the biggest dude in the bar is, and what HE likes to watch).
Two of your best bets are the Canadian bars THE MOOSE and THE BEAVER.
They both frequently show sports on both SKY Networks and ESPN America. They broadcast lots of college and other sports.
La POMME d'EVE is an English speaking South African bar located in Paris that also plays sports on ESPN America.

Gene Stallings might let you come watch an LSU game with him.

I try to watch at least 2 games in Paris each season, but I don't think I'll be able to this year.
You really think anyone gives a flying crap about LSU football overthere, let alone show it on a TV channel?
How about you come to the good ole
