Has anyone tried it? Any good? Do they use the sweet sauce on it?

I agree. I really wanted to like Monjunis. I love the decor. The food is really, really bad to me. I've even eaten there four times or so thinking that maybe I just wasn't ordering the right thing. But alas, it's just not good food.

Yes, they are very good. And it is only the Highland Road location.

The food has always been good. How can you not like that bread, regardless of the sauce? Have you ever had the shrimp aurora? OMG And the muffalettas are very good. I have been to the one on Jefferson a few times, but really prefer the one on Highland. It is a nicer dining room & closer. Have held a bday & work holiday party in that party room.

Can you describe the pizza? Do they use the sweet sauce? Is it more of a gourmet pizza or a regular greesy one?

I live in BR, and that's the only one I've ever been to. I like more of a savory sauce vs. their sweet, but I got thru it, enjoyed the chicken parm and apps that we had.

The Neopolitan is one of the greatest dishes in the city. Yes, I just said that.

I will add that I have had a couple business dinners at the Highland location for a group of around 30. The staff there was excellent and the food was very good. They made us very comfortable and everyone in our group vowed to return..............

I tried the meatball pizza. Pretty good. It had the sweet sauce on it.
