Curious, why does Tim Brando hate LSU so much? he lives in LA but bad mouths LSU on Finescum show weekly. Also, does anyone know why Finescum was run out of LA when he was a beat writer? He spews hatred towards LA, LSU and Les Miles every chance he gets. What gives, he must have gotten in some trouble and holds a grudge.

Tim Brando loves LSU. He has a hard time concealing his partiality. When people know he is not objective he becomes like Fineburne or whatever his name is.

I listen to Brando's show all the time and I've never heard him bad mouth LSU, Baton Rouge or the state of Louisiana for that matter. He doesn't always say things are 100% positive but that just means he's honest. I think he's one of our best advocates nationwide.

Little Timmy is OK, I used to date his sister (Gigi) in High School. His dad was a jerk however, just because I kept Gigi out till 4am once!

Brando was getting his arse busted last week on his show by some pac 10 lover saying Brando was a LSU supporter and a overall SEC lover!! This bozo was saying the pac10 was better than the SEC from top to bottom. Brando actually got pissed with the guy because he was such a moron and no facts to support it!

Uhhhh, it's not Brando that I can't stand, it's that idiot Spencer Tillman that sits next to him. Can't stand to see that f-er point his frickin' finger at the camera while he bashes LSU. When Archie Manning is on that same set, makes it even worse.
Nothing wrong with Brando, IMO, not sure why so many people think he hates LSU.

He openly criticized basketball attendance and inferred that race played and plays a large part in why the attendance is such.

I don't think he hates LSU.
I do think he's pompous and condescending and I do think that because he was once a local sports anchor here 25 years ago he feigns and inside knowledge of LSU that he does not have.
Like most national pundits I think he has a superficial surface knowledge of many teams and an in depth knowledge of none, which is understandable because he has to prepare for the whole and does not have the luxury to specialize.
But IMHO he likes to give the impression he's plugged in specifically when his knowledge is purely general.

Well maybe he caters to Finescum and his Bama listeners while on his show. Because he certainly jumps on Finescum hatred of LSU. Still wondering why Finescum got run off from LA when he was a beat writer down there.

So true. I actually kind of liked him until I began listening to his radio show. I've said this before, but I really don't think there is anybody more in love with himself than Tim Brando. No doubt he masturbates to blown up photos of himself.
