I can confirm that the speakers in Tiger Stadium are working

They are obviously testing the sound system in TS. I can hear the music blaring from my office. Not TGBFTL pregame or anything....just random music.

Maybe they can test the game clock while they are at it. We are usually good for 1-2 games per season that have clock malfunctions.

Pipe it in baby. DOESN'T MATTER that just about everybody dislikes it. The DG's will probably just pipe the music in for spite because they received so many e-mail's asking them not to. Gotta get that NFL experience in Tiger Stadium.

Would some of you rather total silence during the parts of the game the Band doesn't play??? The band can't be expected to play nonstop without breaks. I for one have no problem with piped in music to fill in for the band at times.

they were playing music when the band normally plays last season. Hell, they even played a song the band plays. It pissed me off because I remember thinking how much it sucked at the auburn and florida games

If it means playing the crap they played last year, yes. With 92,000 people there it isn't exactly like you can hear a pin drop when the band isn't playing.
