We rented a house in a great area, 5 minutes from downtown & just a few miles from campus...4 bedroom with a water view, Wed-Sun for $1200...

Holiday Inn downtown on Aurora. I think it is $139/night. Beware of Westin's parking, heard a rumor of $40/day and called hotel. They confirmed. Holiday Inn was 15-20
