After watching Chad Jones last night....

It got me thinking if there has ever been a better athlete at LSU than him. I can't think of one.

What I love is that the announcers kept talking about him being an LSU safety and they made it sound like he just tried out for the baseball team..............wasn't he drafted by Houston in the 6th round?

no less than 100 threads so far where the ranter scouts have graded Chad as a 2nd round football prospect at best and a surefire 15 year major leaguer so he needs to give up football. 45 year old rantards that play shitty golf realize the best option for an athlete is always the least physical sport.

His pitching was no gimmick, being a lefty with that velocity? And he had the breaking ball working last night, froze a few batters cold. He is legit.

I think he could get probably anywhere from maybe $2-5 mill if he decided to go baseball only.
The 31st pick in the 2008 NFL draft Safety Kenny Phillips got a $2.53 million signing bonus and a 5 year deal for up to $11.15 mill. The NFL deals other than the signing bonus arent guaranteed but minor league players make like per diem to eat McDonalds and ride shitty buses around hick towns.

no there hasnt been to be as great at football and baseball and being good enougg to go to the MLB and NFL is just amazing thats not something you can work for thats something your born with chad jones is amazing
