I dont know if its true....but I heard the actual story as this:
Guarido was at a restaurant getting totally shithoused. He decided to leave....Hammered. He went to the Valet to get his car...but brought somebody elses ticket to the Valet by accident. They Valet brought him someone elses car and the drunk son of a bitch drove away in it without even blinking. And thats how he got popped. That Dumbass was so fricked up he drove someone elses car out of the Valet without realizing it.
Again...not sure if its true...but thats what I heard the story is.
