chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and feta cheese; browned them in a cast iron skillet and finished them off in the oven.

served with sliced tomatoes and corn on the cob.

Cleaning out the fridge...ground chuck...onion...garlic...Jal. pepper....creole tomatoes...chili powder, cumin, oregano...that's what i got so far....where it goes from there will depend on alcohol consumption....I better get started.

Turkey sandwich with cheese, tomato, mustard, and chalapenos. Some chips on the side.

OK...I got it...I'm going to toss this mixture in the bowl with corn bread mix and some cheese and I will call it........mexican cornbread....I just love clean out the fridge night.

BBQed some leg quarters with Pig Stand and grilled some corn on the cob, then sliced a tomato.

FYI to Houston Heights folks. The HEB on 18th has vine ripe tomatoes that are actually good. I grabbed one yesterday and went back today and got like 4 more. Get the vine ripe, I have no clue about the other ones.

Yes, the one by mall... I'll go again. Sashimi and nigiri style tuna, salmon,yellowtail, and roe were all very good quality. I'm not much on rolls though we ordered a bunch and they were good, maybe not great. The fish was very good quality and the portions were nice.
