i loove the confidence

I don't think it's either - just excited and spirited. Cocky is usually when talking about oneself. Jefferson is speaking highly of his team.

jefferson was very confident going into the chic fil bowl as well. i remember before the game they talked about how he took control of the team and said these type of things as well. definitely a guy becoming more comfitable on this team and believing in his team as well as himself. far from cocky.

confidence is better than a lack of confidence. I will take a player having confidence in himself and his team any day of the week. If you listen to what other top players are saying about their team, it is all about being confident. Confidence breeds confidence in the team and confidence is definitely something we were lacking last year.
