Just starting this thread to profess my love for grilling. Be it fish, pig, cow, chicken, duck, or most anything in between, I LOVE grillin!!!
There’s nothing better then being on the back porch after work with a cold beverage (preferably of the adult variety) with a few slabs of meat hissing on the grill.
That is all, carry on…

Nothing validates a man-card more than being a grill master. Coon you rock!! A nice cold beer and the aroma from the grill is like being in paradise to me.

I’ve got the setup perfect on my back porch. My weber’s hooked up to the natural gas and I can hit 500 deg within 10 min. I just roll it out, start it up and I’m gone!!!

There's absolutely no other way to go. I had my grill converted from propane to natural gas before I started it the first time. I don't ever want to have to worry about whether or not I have enough gas to finish my steak.

i got charcoal and gas, theres somethings that i like more on each one, for ex. i always cook steaks on gas bc i like to control the temp more but burgers and pork tenderloins etc you got to go with charcoal.

I have two grills...Charcoal & propane. I use the propane when I need to do something quick...but for the big jobs with serious grilling, I go to the pit.

right... i consider grilling over gas and bbqing over coals.

grilling over coals is the best for all jobs from steak to ribs to chicken to burgers...gas is just a quick fix for the small ones.

how about grilling a coon?
hissing on the fire with a cold adult bevg? you could make a davey crockett hat with the hide.
sweet potatoes on the side.
Boom.

Actually Grilling is cooking something over medium to high heat usually over a direct heat source. BBQing is cooking something low and slow over lower heat involving some kind of smoke. BBQ is mostly done over indirect heat.
