I assume so Tulane can make money off of the game. They are showing the game at LSU later on.

Yeah, but the Hornets game will not start before 9:30 pm, BR time, and CST could easily work in the LSU/Fulane game... this is a cut-and-dried case of Fulane wanting to get every cent possible out of LSU fans... $35 ticks, $6 beers... probably put little coin boxes on the urinals... everything jacked up just because it is LSU... the return LSU/Fulane game, at LSU later on, is going to be on TV already... and you know CST would have definitely wanted this game on TV, they know people across the state and the south would have watched...

Really $35 for a ticket to the game???If thats the case, there should be some pissed off people. Im upset and I'm not even going to the game. I went to the Sugar bowl when LSU played Illinois and tickets were like $60 and beer was $5. Don't understand how tulame can get away with this???

it's Fulame, what do you expect?...
granted, they probably need every penny they can possibly get, and they really do need bodies in the seats and pennies in the pockets, especially if they expect to keep D-1A status... but to have the game at 6pm, instead of 6:30 or 7pm, they know that if the gane is on TV, then a lot of people from, say, BR, are not going to bother driving down to see maybe 6 innings... I guess in a way I am not surprised that the tickets are not even higher...

None of our home games are ever on CST -- I believe this is due to CUSA's deal with CBS College Sports.

As for the time of game, all weekday games this year start at 6 PM, regardless of opponent.
