A lady at work today asked me who I thought had the best Muffaletta's in Baton Rouge. I was thinking Athony's Deli? Your thoughts?

Mrs Saia at Anthony's. Went last week, awesome as always. But, I do sometimes add some Central Market Olive Mix when I get home.

It's not a true muff, b/c it's on po-boy bread, but I think George's has a very good one. Best I have ever had is from a place in metairie called Nor Joe's.

+1, but I have not tried all of the other places. Except for the bread, Pokey uses the same stuff as Central Grocery, the undisputed best.

I am not going to give a list...I am just going to go to the places on the list and see who is right.

First stop...Anthony's Deli.
