Vertical jump only. Style points count too.
Here is my short list in no particular order....
1. Ronald Dupree
2. Darrell Mitchell
3. Al Green
4. Chris Jackson
5. Daddy Dale Brown after beating Wichita State
in the dome to go to the Final Four.

Yea Tyrus has got to be on the list
Great Video, and if you hit your had on the backboard, that is like an automatic bid on that list

Dennis Brown.... that was the name I was hunting for earlier. Didn't he play at Woodlawn in the early 80's?

Tyrus and Vernel should be on there, definitely ahead of Chris Jackson. He had good ups for a guy his size, but not on a scale comparable to Tyrus or Vernel, or Scales. Also, didn't Darryl Joe have some amazing leaps? Or am I confusing that memory with someone else?

i would say tyrus but that dude was like stretch armstrong, arms extended to his ankles.

how could you leave tyrus and dewayne "the astronaut" scales off the original list?
Posted on 3/7/09 at 1:46 pm to Raparooot
This list without Tyrus Thomas = not even a real list.

Willie Sims and Dewayne Scales could definitely sky.
