Is awesome. Had the Caribbean jerk chicken platter w/ sides of corn pudding and cole slaw. Came with texas toast. stuff was awesome. i suggest it.

We used to eat at VooDoo maybe once a week, or twice a month, but I've found their portions of meat to be getting increasingly fatty and smaller.
I love Pimanyoli's out by the Sheriff's substation on Airline, now. Great pulled pork sandwich and poboy. Brisket and ribs rock, too.

VooDoo is one of my favorite places in the city. I'm not sure why many people on here don't like it. And you're right-- that mango sauce goes hard...

I like it as well. Ribs aren't bad. I saw one in a new gas station in Amite, La the other day. Think it just opened. How does the one on Nicholson do? Any traffic in that place?

The one of Nicholson gets packed during lunch but ive never been later than 2. I love the voodoo burger and the jamican jerk is money.

I am a fan of VooDoo, but my favorite in NOLA is Ugly Dog saloon. Nothing like their coleslaw and beans in the mug are great.

Maybe in some cases, but their prices are also lower than most. I get the Carolina sandwich on French, a side, and a drink for $10, and it fills me up perfectly.
