I don’t know how you could be upset over the Saints adding an actual top end talent to this group. I’d rather support Shough in his 2nd year in a good offense than hope a 2nd - 3rd rounder pans out.

If somehow Omar Cooper falls to 42, I would not mind grabbing him. He graded as a very good match to Shough.

The kid may be the best receiver in the draft. But with his injure history you can’t afford to risk the 8 pick in the first round . Bain or C Downs should have been the choice

Having Olave as the only dependable above average wr is a recipe to getting Shough killed. This was absolutely what we needed. I’d easily trade a down year on defense to letting Shough keep momentum going.
