It's impossible to answer this.
What isn't impossible to answer is knowing this about democrats now, I would never be a member of the party of the KKK.

SPLC is not law enforcement. And this they guy they paid is the big fish.

Law enforcement is legally authorized to do that.
501(c)(3) organizations, like SLPC, are NOT legally authorized to do it.

That 'fact' that has been taught in schools the past 50 years is absolute gaslighting in order to deflect blame from democrats for more than 150 years of racism and the enslavement of black people.
Democrats knew they could keep black people enslaved in new way with government programs.
