While I agree Moscona is an idiot....Pops needs to learn that criticism (fair or not) is a part of big time SEC ball, especially for a qb. When you get paid to do something, criticism comes with it.

He said the saints should fire Sean Payton in 2017, he said LSU would never win anything with Orgeron and Herman would win a natty in the next 3 years at Texas, he's been wrong over and over again with the Kelly and Will Wade stuff
The dude is an extremely arrogant elitist who would have never attended LSU if he didn't fail at Notre dame.
Now he did this little bitch segment where he made it seem like Pop Houston begged LSU to come there and he was a consolation prize. Meanwhile the kid has been going nuts at camps and is one of the hottest names in the class. Haven is a project with tools to be great, pop is a polished stud who's slightly undersized.
But Matt decided to do a segment basically downplaying the kid and the dad took offense to it.
Matt didn't say anything bad about pop but he made him seem desperate and like a 2nd/3rd option.
I hate that he's the voice of LSU across social media. At least he stopped peddling the game coin shite and now he's got his roofing company as his latest grift

Matt did his segment based off of fake Internet stars. Pop has performed better at camps, throws a tighter ball, has won more, has better stats and a higher floor than Elijah. Haven is taller and bigger, that's the only attributes he has over Pop
He does this little segment shite because he's biased toward south Louisiana but this is the exact same dude who had special guest on Fridays before games and brought in Landon Collins the day before a Bama game and Landon talked about how great Bama was on Baton Rouge radio during prime time the day before we played bama

Mr. Houston is entitled to feel this way and nicely voiced his disappointment. Moscona shouldn't have framed Pop's recruiting the way he did. Pop is a top player in his own right. Not some scrub that has to beg for a spot.

It’s amazing how so many people will make comments while being completely ignorant. Moscona was actually very complimentary of Houston during the segment
Moscona can be insufferable, but he didn’t do anything close to being controversial or “shitting on the kid” here. The dad was way out of line
