I can't wrap my head around the progressive mindset that thinks it is OK to spend your tax dollars on crap like that. I would be going to Sacramento to make heads roll.

How as a nation did we reach this point with crap like this? When I read this I think this is stuff that Saturday Night Live or The Bee couldn’t even make up and apparently millions of tax paying citizens are OK with it.

Last I heard years ago it was for prisoners that wanted that nonsense.

The condition is that you have to prove medical necessity and none of these procedures have been executed with the illegal or undocumented immigrants - homeless or otherwise
