LSU offense in the spring...

I understand we don't have our starting QB right now and its early, but it is a little concerning how bad our offense was on Saturday. I really wish we have gotten some better WR's out of the portal. I'm just going off of the stats Scone dropped in this video.

Pretty much a brand new 2 deep on offense, 3 new QB's (the best can't practice), new HC, new OC, going against what should be a very good SEC defense, less than two weeks of actual practice.

Watching Kiffins presser and hearing him say that Weiss had to remind him that they were going to struggle with Sam out is telling. You can tell he is aggravated at where they are at the moment.

I said this in another thread wake me up when it's like this in late fall. If it's like this 2 weeks before Clemson game the panic button is on.
Until then, no. Nobody should expect all this chemistry to come together fast when you return 3 players on offense. Kiffin even said in a press conference days before that scrimmage they're a defensive team right now. He saw it and knew it lol.

We returned Baker, 90% of the defense and added a lot of studs like Prince, Dottery, and Benefield etc
Of course the Defense was going to be light years ahead of the offense in April. I would be more scared if the defense wasn’t

We're returning starters at like 2-3 spots on offense, none of these guys have played together. And our starting QB is hurt.
Did some of you expect them to be firing on all cylinders immediately or?

There’s nothing wrong with saying the offense needs work. But saying we didn’t get good weapons in the portal based on 9 practices and our starting QB not even playing is insane period.
I’m more disappointed about the fact that Aidan got two picks and he’s not even gonna be playing.
