This Collusion Between The Catholic Church & The Democrats Really Rubs Me The Wrong Way

Seriously,
Obama’s hatchet man and his team of apparatchiks meeting with the pope,
Three cardinals/archbishops going on a Democrat Party propaganda outlet like 60 Minutes to bash the President of the United States and push illegal migration,
This pope openly threatening the President of the United States,
The operations of Catholic charities in funding and facilitating illegal migration,
All to benefit a political party…
that promotes and implements mass abortion,
wants open borders,
encourages and supports sexual fetishization of children with crap like drag queen story hour,
pushes transgender ideology and medical experimentation on children even at the level of it being against parental knowledge and approval,
bases every single aspect of life on race and gender instead of merit,
doesn’t believe in free speech and practices censorship of free thought with government power,
is soft on crime,
pretends and pushes the narrative that there are 6 or 8 genders,
can’t define what a man or a woman is,
wants men destroying women in athletics,
wants men in girls bathrooms and locker rooms,
wants tampons in boys bathrooms,
…
This Catholic Church, this pope, and these archbishops have jumped the shark.
And I really don’t like it.
I say this as a former catholic now Orthodox believer in Christ.

The Catholic Church isn’t siding with Democrats. The media intentionally portrays it that way to rile people up.
Nobody knows what this meeting was about. The idea it had anything to do with Obama came from Chris Hale who was the main publicist behind that nonsensical story of the Trump admin threatening the Vatican. See my first point. It is just as likely Axlerod was meeting with Leo about a special needs facility run by the Catholic Church in Chicago where his daughter lives.
Three extremely unpopular cardinals who are watching their progressive beliefs completely fall out with younger clergy

Disgusting and I cut off my donations to Catholic charities over it. But it’s headed by political hacks like the 60 minutes trio.
I love my orthodox brothers. Otherodox priest Father Stephen De Young in Lafayette is one of my favorite theologians. I listen to his Bible study every single day.
The Catholic Church has not changed its stance on any of the issues you listed and younger clergy are far more traditional than the boomers in positions of power

I don’t expect the Pope to fear anyone. If he believes Trump is in error he is doing right by his flock to warn them of the path they are on. Doesn’t mean everyone has to agree.

That’s a good question to ask. But I’m not Catholic so I could only speculate as to what happened on the inside to allow this cancer to take hold and spread. This has been decades in the making at the very least.
