They know Orban because they're NPCs repeating the talking points they were programmed with.
The funny question is where those talking points originated from, and I would bet a lot of money it was via major ally of Orban.
This new guy seems to be likely to retain the same positions as Orban other than the nonsensical relationship with Russia

The new guy is Orban minus corruption (or so he claims) and who is not pro-Ukraine but will also not oppose the EU helping Ukraine.
