Me thinks he's gone. He probably had possible incriminating testimony against the state powers that be in Minnesota.
IMHO

quote:

When he was initially charged, prosecutors pushed hard for a sky-high bail or the surrender of his passport. But the judge set an unconditional $150,000 bond and let him walk free with his travel documents intact. Thanks to Tim Walz’s “progressive” courts, $150K was apparently all it took for an $11 million fraud suspect to vanish into thin air.

FOX 9 reported:

Court records show that Said failed to appear for his court appearance, canceling a jury trial that was set to begin next week.

Said avoided being ordered to surrender his passport by paying the unconditional bond amount of $150,000. The conditional bond, which would have required him to surrender his passport, was set at $50,000.

That is becoming a frustrating outcome about all of this.

Our court system and judges are shite but no one is being held accountable.

I want one of those judgeship’s so I can skate for life, but I would error on the side of putting suspects through hell.

Call me silly or hopelessly hopeful, but I think all this judicial injustice will swing back to the right and correct itself same as much of the insane cultural and political issues have begun to swing back right.

Sadly, it won't in most instances. Many judges are shitty lawyers that couldn't cut it in private practice.

You are too hopeful…the big cities and large urban centers wont change politically…just look at what is happening in New York City, the greatest city in the world.

Trump slowed the bleeding, but this country is still bleeding out.

This was obviously going to be the end result. Judge deserves jail.

It took Israel decades to get their courts under control, and the result so far is they're trying to put Netanyahu on trial for corruption.

I’m afraid this is one thing that won’t ever be fixed.

This is exactly why we need to impeach these motherfrickers for their own sake. The next step is going to be gunning them down in the streets and I won't be shedding tears about it

I don't disagree..... but, I'll remain hopeful until the only other option is unavoidable.

A likely foreign born immigrant comes to this country and sets up a 11mil. fraud scheme and the idiot democrap judge does not see him as a flight risk????

It`s always a liberal democrap judge puling off stunts like this.

Is this not the most obvious telegraph that a criminal is about to skip their trial?

I've watched many an SVU episode (because of the wife) and this is the very definition of a high flight risk.
